Has anyone else played this game? Its a classic type RPG for the PSP that just came out from atlus, so far it pretty good! Nice hand painted type graphics, voice work and music are top notch. Im getting a Lunar type feeling from it.
Apparently its part two of the Anotheria Story series, but you wouldnt know from playing it, its nothing like it at all. anyway, if you find it i suggest you pick it up, my gamestop only got one, and that cause i pre-ordered it.

As it's an Atlus title I got it. Havent got around to playing it yet. If you like it, you should check out the website for the game itself and d/l the BGs for it. They have 3 for PC and 3 for the PSP available.

Just started playing it at my lunch break today. Both gameplay and the music is good so far. Very glad on Atlus' decision to release this and Demon's Souls. If only all their other recent releases were this good.
Going to end up picking up Knights in the Nightmare sometime later, been wanting to but I'm holding off for a price drop or a PSP release kindof like the Riviera or Yggdra Union releases.

Don't know why you'd wait for a "hypothetical" PSP port of Knights in the Nightmare when the games combat system is based entirely on the touch screen.
I was planning on picking up Crimson Gem Saga, but I can't help but think it will hit $19.99 on Amazon.com 6 months from now. Ever since Atlus struck that distribution deal with them last year, all their titles tend to be abundant online and always get generous price cuts after a half years wait or so. That, and XSeeD's announcement of Lunar kind of killed my interest.

Went to 3 Gamestops today, all had only one copy. You can guess which. :(
Couldn't they afford one or two more copies. You know...for those who want their games new.

I got the 30,000 sword you may have seen on the trailer. For where you get it it's a good sword, though you can't tell the amount of damage you're dealing. The reason for this is that every attack says 30,000, which I was like, wtf, didn't kill everyone.
The swords attack power however is 300, so I realized that the damage you do is just based off what the swords attack brings your character up to, yet only shows 30,000.
I've also came across the Power Glove. This is actually a weapon you can purchase. The weapon isn't as powerful as one that you can purchase at the same store, however, there's a "The Wizard" reference at the end of the description. I love the Power Glove. It's so bad(just this part is included though.)
I'm not sure, but I think I'm near the end of the game. I have two side quests that came up which I'm going to go for, most likely are the best weapon and best armor for Killian. After that I'm going to continue on with the story. I am also on level 60 something and another character I got back in my party is level 70. That right there kindof hints that I'm near the end of the game as well.
*edit*
Well. I was just raped when trying to get the Hero Sword(don't know what it's called as I've yet to get it.) The secret boss that you have to fight in order to get it is level 99 and can attack a random number of times. Her physical attack is by far the most powerful of what she can do(atleast from the amount of HP I got her down,) where she can also cast Ice on everyone. Acelora and Spinel have a great attack together to reduce ATK, DEF, and CRITICAL of all enemies, but they have to be side by side in turn to use the ability, and against boss battles that's pretty much impossible if one dies and then isn't revived by the other. I'm going to start grinding for some skill points to see if there are any other abilities I can use to make the battle more manageable without having to grind levels or money DEF amulets and rings since skill points are the easiest to get.
I didn't think about it, but after looking at the abilities I already had viewed, looks like I'll be getting Grace of God for atleast four characters I decide to use against her. Just need to keep enough MP to keep it active while also dealing a significant amount of damage.

Actually never knew it was touchscreen only. I didn't really look up much into the game other than seeing pictures, it being from the developer Sting, and in the same series as Riviera which I liked both Riviera and Yggdra Union.
