They're not stolen. Well, presumably. Those plastic casings are in use by 'Club' stores (Sams, BJ's Warehouse, etc.) for display of PSX games in their racks.. consumer purchases them, takes the whole thing home and removes them with scissors.

Along with a finger or two. I hate those things.

I don't think they were stolen either. Looks like a Sam's club deal.

I believe a thief would have picked out something more expensive.

Sams club marks stuff down REALLY cheap when the want to get rid of stuff. I bet these were $1-2 apiece new.

My sams had PS2 Xenosaga for $25 new a week after it came out and they had 30 copies. I was going to list them on ebay, but they were only going for $30-34 apiece.

Anyway, not stolen, they also sell DVDs that way.

Me thinks those are the games from the Toys R Us B1G1F sale.

That's how they package games at my local Costco... in fact I bet that's where they are from. (Someone mentioned TRU's 1 for 1 deal... not likely, I never saw KOF offered there).

Doesn't mean that's how it was around here.

The beauty of it is, the added deadweight probably adds to the shipping cost.
