How do you get million point combos? I've been playing this game for a year and a half and I still can't get over 100,000 or so in a single combo.

Special trick, revert, manual, special trick etc
OR
Special trick, revert, manual, grind, trick, grind, manual, grind, trick, grind etc. I believe my brother has gotten 3 million + combo on some levels of the game...

I'll second that...don't forget the reverts on every trick, and manual in between elements...try to find a lot of things in a row to trick between...
I'm not good enough to get that kind of number either...but a couple hundred thousand when I get things lined up correctly.
