I got a little rant about a seller on ebay
There'a a best offer thing..it was like $3.08 BIN
I offered like $2.00..thinking ok it's just a dollar off, he declined it :(
I offered $2.75..he declined it also
WTF, it's only like 0.25 diff..why do they have Offer up there if he dosen't accepted it..
