help with rare sega genesis game

Hi, I have searching for 6 years the name of a game that I had. I still have the cartridge (http://www.luisarriojas.com/sega.jpg).

It's a 4-in-1 cartridge wich include Street Smart, Fantasia, Street of Rage 1, and a rare chinese fighting game. I liked too much this chinese fighting game and I want to search the rom, but I don't know its name.

Can anyone tell me the name? please. I will be 10 years again if I play it.

It's a good game; I spent a few bucks buying the JPN MD version. Strange, but good, colorful, and underrated. Rather simple beat-em-up action though.
