Gold N64

I saw a gold N64 at a local shop today for $45. How rare is this color? Is it worth that price?

If you are buying it for yourself and it has the controller & everything with it, then I'd say it's worth about that. You can probably get it for less online, but most of the color N64s you see in the wild are sold for around $40 or so. The gold one seems to be a bit rarer than other colors.

The gold one was a toys r us exclusive and is the hardest to find, especially with the matching gold controllers. It came with 2 gold controllers. It goes for a little more dinero than the other colors.

how many did toys r us make? Could be worth it and if normal colors go for 40 then the extra five seems fine Normal 64's loose go for like 20-30 sometimes (though with controls etc) but yeah a nice boxed color 64 at around that price seems fine to me
