There was a version of Crystal Chronicles with a GBA cable included. It wasn't in a box, though, it came in a plastic case.

Similarly, there was a version of Mario's Power Tennis that was bundled with a controller. I think that may have just been in Canada though.

The GameStop RE 4 was Limited to 10k and came in a bigger metal tin. There is a LE cover for Star Wars Bounty Hunters, but thats just in a regular Gamecube case.

Back on topic: Tom are you asking about the game boxes? I saw a site selling a few imports with odd sized boxes, I'll try to dig that url up again. I won't be able to translate the titles though unless they are obvious.

I think there was a Sonic the Hedgehog pack like the Resident evil one for GCN. I may be thinking of the Resident Evil one though. If this was released I think it just included Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 in it.

We're not talking about alternate versions. We're talking about different kinds of cases. Each of those was still the size of a DVD case. And Wind Waker didn't have a different version. Ocarina of Time came in a separate case when it was ordered. If you want to add on to the list, Mario Kart also had a release with a demo disc.

Actually, you're right, and Dr. Dib is half right... "Duo Pack" has Sonic Heroes and Super Monkey Ball, but there's also "Sonic Adventure 2-Pack" with Sonic DX Adventure: Director's Cut and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle.

Don't forget Karaoke Revolution Party (with mic) and MC Groovz Dance Craze (with mat).
