Got Universal AC Adapter - Need Voltage for Turbo CD Combo

So this seems to fit the system and setting it to negative and 9 volts worked for my turbografx but I can't seem to find a setting that powers the turbo cd + turbografx.

Can anyone tell me what volt number this should be on to power my system and what polarity it should be?

PS: could it be the system card? Do you need a certain version to boot it? Mine boots as 2.0

That adapter is significantly underpowered for TG16 + CD usage.
