I know it doesn't play region 1 DVDs... which sucks.

I've been told all games are region free, is that true?

Are Blu Rays region free? I have over 60 BR's and all play fine on this... but I was looking at getting one for a hard to find movie and the guy said it was region 2. Will this play it?

Only PS3 games and Blu Ray are region free.

Ok that's what I was wondering. So all PS3/BR are region free? I thought I heard of some BR being region 2...?

Japan and the US are in the same region for Blu-Ray purposes. There are region codes on Blu-Ray discs, at least some of them:
