i want to do the rupee led hole on my snes but i dont know how to do so
can someone tell me how to do so?

open snes, cut out the rupee shape, add a piece of transparant/red plastic (like from a bicycle or something), add a red led or white (depends on your choice of plastic), hook up the led, close the snes, done! :)

Is that gold paint or an extremely yellowed SNES?

Looks like gold paint, at least on the area around the controller ports. Quite spiffy!

Doesn't look gold enough to be gold paint... if you're going to make it Zelda-themed, why not use a deep gold for the whole shebang?
