I picked up phantasmagoria at a house today, and also bought what seems to be a game, its in a double jewel case, its called tlc, tender loving care, but has a girls face on the front making a weird expression. I have no idea what it is, anyone have a clue on value or anything?

It's a movie/FMV game that was released on PC and later on DVD-video. It has a trippy story line and the story decision points cause slow story branches (not instant changes like Dragon's Lair or something along those lines) but it's not exactly rare.
