I found this for sale on a local board.

A black sports Dreamcast, CIB and 27 games. Includes 2 VMU, 2 controllers and a 2 guns. The seller is looking for $200 OBO. I know that's crazy high, but what is a decent price to offer in return?

I would say $100 max, if its something you really want maybe $125.

The only thing of any real value is the CIB Sports DC and the guns. The games are mostly $5-10 when purchased by themselves (except for Grandia 2 and maybe a couple others).

I'd say it's worth about $90-150. The games are all pretty common and even the Sports Dreamcast doesn't go for much more than the normal one. But the box adds alittle extra value to the deal.

I wouldn't pay more than $50 personally, but you shouldn't go higher than $100.

Thanks for the input guys. I contacted the guy and he's convinced that 200 is a deal.

I'm not the type to argue with someone about their price. I figure he'll be sitting on that DC for awhile.

Ebay is full of people who are "convinced" about their good deal prices and thus you see the same shit listed year after year.

and I'd go as high as $175

Yeah, 27 games even at $5 each isn't a bad deal. ($135.00) not to mention a few of them are $10 titles, I'd go up to $150 for that lot personally.

I don't think $200 is that high for that bundle. If anybody really thinks those games alone are only worth $100 I'd buy them off them for that price, for sure.

That's a seriously good selection of games - maybe not a super valuable selection, but still a nice selection.

Ask him if he can lower the price.

I did ask him, he isn't interested in lowering it.

I paid about $100 a few years ago for a much better DC bundle (including more games, guns, more VMU and controllers, VGA adapter and the original box, although it was pretty beaten up)

I was really only getting this one to keep as a backup in case my current one dies. I've also already got a bunch of the included games, so I would have to resell the others. Unless I could get a good price, I wouldn't want to bother.

I think I'll just wait for his inevitable *price lowered* posting.

Definitely worth 120-140$, sell back Grandia, Skies of Arcadia, Shenmue and berserk on a good day makes back 100$ easy.
