I'm going to announce the industry legends we've confirmed attendance for at this year's Classic Gaming Expo at the Classic Gaming Expo site (http://www.cgexpo.com), but in this forum I'm going to detail them so you can take note of which games and items that you might want to bring along for signatures!

Steve Cartwright

One of the many superstar game designers who helped bring Activision into the spotlight in the early 1980's, Cartwright's resume of accomplishments is a long and distinguished one. Barnstorming, Frostbite, Megamania, Plaque Attack and Seaquest were all hit titles which he designed for the Atari VCS. For the Commodore 64 computer, he worked on a licensed home version of the blockbuster movie Aliens, which was the first game to sport digitized cut-scenes in a home game. Fast Break was an equally impressive effort for the C64. He followed those titles up with a pair of well-received games for the Commodore 64 and Atari ST computers, Hacker and Hacker II.

He left Activision in the late 1980's and took his talents to Accolade, where he worked on Search for the King and Lost In L.A., both for the PC. He joined Electronic Arts in 1992, where he remains to this day. He is the Creative Director there and has been involved with the NBA Live and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR line of games.
