Should I pick up this 3D0 Test Unit???

Ok I'm wandering the flea markets around here yesterday and I stumble upon one of my buddies trying to unload a 3DO Test Unit. It has a peice of black printed tape on the front of the CD Tray that says 3DO Testing Station or something to that effect, and it has a silver switch on the back of the unit as well. He originally asked $40 for the item but I refused because the power button seems to be damaged somehow. But even damaged, is this rare enough to warrant purchasing? If I can maybe get him down to $20? Working or not it's a pretty interesting unit to see, something the developers for the unit used I would say.

Anybody have any idea as to it's worth? It's probably fixable with parts from another 3DO unit, but is it worth the trouble?

If you don't want it, I'd be interested in picking it up. But I'd buy it if I were you.

Buy it. You won't regret it unless you're one of those hippies who needs money for cologne. Or something else that wastes your cash.

Hell, just park further from the entrance to stores when you drive, you'll save that $40 in gas money soon enough.
