i have a sega cd 2 that gives no signal of life, i connect the sega cd to power supply, and it doesn't do anything, when i bought it the fuse was removed, and instead it was just removed and reconnected without it, the led just keep turned off
is there something i can do?

Sounds like you need to replace the fuse since it's missing.
