Can anyone here do a 50/60 HZ mod on a snes2 system?

Hey guys I have a SNES 2 system I would like to get 50/60 HZ modded.

Does anyone here do this? If so what kind of price is it to get done and if anyone would trade their service for some games I would love to do that?

I appreciate it, I really would like to play Terranigma and some other PAL games.
