This is a TurboGrafx/PC Engine review site, for those who are interested. At present we have nearly 200 reviews online and will continue actively update the site with reviews and other content every week. The site is the offspring of a collaboration between a couple buddies and myself. At present my buddy IvaNEC is responsible for about 90% of the content, with the remaining 10% being mostly my contributions, Duomitri has contributed a couple reviews but more importantly, is entirely responsible for the site design. We decided to go with a blog-style site since it makes updating a lot easier. Our goal is to eventually cover every Turbo/PCE game ever made, and offer multiple viewpoints on many of them. Feel free to comment on the reviews using the comment forms on the site. Enjoy.

Sweetness! I'm not a huge PC-Engine fan but I also don't know much about it. It's like a mystery machine.

Great Street Fighter review. All the people who praise the game solely because it's the first one and there's actually a collector who reviews it as what it really is(a pos.)
So far I've seen a good looking game I haven't played, which makes me interested in trying it. Granzort. Giant Robots. Sidescrolling platformer. What's not to love.
Good site so far.

I always love to see a tg/pce site cuz that system deserves a lot more love from the community. So many insanely awesome games.
I really enjoyed reading the reviews on you guys' site too BUT I have to say that occassional "angry reviewer" style reviews are downright awful. The site and most of the reviews seem very professional, which makes those reviews look very out-of-place. What's worse is that those particular reviews are not very informative. All I know about the game being reviewed is that it's somehow "retarded" with no talk even of why.
Anyway, keep up the good work, and I hope you're able to reach your goal of reviewing every tg/pce game!
Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

Thanks for your feedback, but I wanted to touch on this point in case it's brought up again. There are three of us contributing reviews, and we all have our own style (you can tell one reviewer from the next by the color of the review text). The strength that we see in this particular format is that it allows us the freedom of the occasional "angry review," because we know that the other two of us will eventually get around to reviewing that particular title and offer counter viewpoints.

I could tell who was doing a reviewing just by reading them (as in I could see three distinct voices), I just felt like those reviews reflected poorly on your site. But that's just my opinion.
And hey, a fellow Seattleite! Now I have to wonder if we buy our games from the same places. LOL

Checked out the site and headed to the Rastan Saga II review as a likely benchmark for the site...and I found it to be thoughtful and well-written.
I like the idea of "huge sprite games" as a separate genre.
Samurai Ghost coming up soon?

Excellent site! The front page focus on 3x3 Eyes and Tengai Makyou 2 is gorgeous
