Gears of war 2

Me and my friends play a lot of gears of war 1. We love it. So we just played the 2nd one and I think the multiplayer is bad really really bad guns take time to be able to pick up. Unlike GOW there were a lot of guns to pick but in GOW2 some levels only had four guns. Well My ? is does anyone play this a lot or do you play the first one more
