I have noticed on the back of my model 2 Sega Cd that there is a mixer output?? What is that all about? I tried looking some stuff online but I received not many answers. I thought they were for the Make My Video series but I am not sure...What is up??

It's for the headphone jack on the original Genesis, to mix it's audio with the Sega CD.

indeed...
Im guessing if your using the RF adapter on your genny you could run a patch cable from the front jack of the genny to the back of the sega cd and then just use the rca audio cables from the sega cd to give you stereo sound while playing genny games when hooked up with a RF adapter... no?

Not just with the RF hookups, the AV cable was only available in mono for the model 1 Genesis. It's basically the way to have stereo sound with the model 1 system(there are other ways too though).
