Euro/Jap DC?

Well, i think im gonna buy a dreamcast when i get back to the states.
Now alot of the games i wanna get are imports..and im wondering, do i need some kind of chip or special DC system to play these games, or can i just play them on the regular North American DC?
Also, saturn too..same situation..thanks

Yes, you need a chip or some other sort of modification for both. For dreamcast, you have the option of either a chip or a bootdisc. For saturn, your options are a chip, cartridge, or hard modification (my preffered choice).
