Least favorite arcade/pinball games?

What are the worst arcade games and/or pinball machines that you've ever played and won't ever play again?

For me it's:

Virtual Reality Headset TsuMo games - These games are so bad, and so expensive too at arcades. I've never seen such poorly designed, and horribly sounding and looking games, especially the Star Wars Starfighter and Beach Head games. Seriously, who let these games get out?

Terminator 3 Pinball - One of the worst pinball machines I've ever played hands down, terrible layout, blackglass feature didn't work, very bland, just downright bad.

B Wings is one of my least favorite arcade games. Hmm, some of the old SI / Pac-Man clones aren't too hot either. Especially Pac clones and the like.

Drawing a blank otherwise though.

I don't know that it's the worst pinball ever, but I really hate the Stern NBA pinball game.
