By the way, Chris Kohler, who bought games from you according to that Wired article, has been posting on Facebook about how he got swine flu at PAX.

Nice. I spent lots of time talking to Chris and exchanged money with him a couple of times. My gf and I are both sick but she got checked for swine flu and doesn't have it. I don't have a fever, just a bit of a sore throat so hopefully I'm okay too. I heard somewhere that there have been 100 confirmed cases from PAX.

Yeah, at least two of my friends I spent the con hanging with came down with swine flu. Most of the rest of us just got colds, which - though bothersome - isn't going to cause me to miss worktime :P

Why does it sound like everyone who went got sick in some way.

I gotta say... I like PA, wouldn't mind going to PAX but this is kinda awesome.

Go to the east coast show in Boston! It takes place in March :P Lord knows I plan on it.

But yeah I think getting sick after cons is pretty standard. You get 50k people in one place in the middle of a city, I think there's a good chance a number of them will be sick.

Hmmm, Boston? I might be very, very interested in going! It's not like it's any further than going to NYC from Montreal, and I've never been to Boston (or if I had, I was too young to remember).

I went and I am not sick. A bit tired though I have been running...ok driving back and forth between Seattle and Portland in the last few days. I live in Longview, WA which is about 130 miles from Seattle and about 50 from Portland. Sunday night I drove from Seattle to Portland then from Portland to Longview. Yesterday I drove from Longview to Oregon City then Portland then Longview. I am just tired from the driving.

I might...though I might have a date in Portland...I am working on it. As long as I keep my mind awake and not near the friends of PSU I should be fine :D

Quick story....thanks Y Bot... So I am on Burnside trying to get my way to Voodoo Doughtnuts, I pulled too far into the intersection so I backed up. Well the guy that was crossing the intersection came to my window said thanks for not hitting him, blew me a kiss and walked off winking at me. Why is this related to PAX you might ask? Well during PAX I had a guy come over to me when I was working the booth with Y Bot and Billy Galaxy. The guy walked by the booth a few times before coming over and wanting to know something. He asked " are you straight?" I told him yes and he was disappointed and walked off, I didn't see him walk by again until Sunday night.
