Japanese PS2 action/adventure.

I was wondering whats some good action/adventure games released in Japan for the PS2? And did they release a Power Ranger (Super sentai) game for the PS2 in Japan?

I don't think sentai got any games for the ps2 (I could be wrong), but I do know that other Tokusatsu franchses did. There are a couple Ultraman and Kamen Rider games, as well as a game for GARO. Most of them are fighting games.

There's an import-specific board here... try asking about it there! As for myself, can't say I can tell you too much about PS2 stuff, other than there are TONS of games for it, and there's gotta be something close to whatever you're looking for.

Before this gets locked, i would like to suggest Power Rangers: 15th Annivearsy for the Playstation 2. It is not from Japan but it is pretty rare to see in store shelves now a days considering most kids now don't even know who the ranger is on the cover. It is especially cool because most rangers from all different seasons come together to defeat a super villian.

why not just go all out and snag some of those Ds Publisher Simple 2000 PS2 games? I think there were a few fighters and action games with faux sentai characters or you can go all out and get the two crazy run 'n gun Chikyuu Boueigun games (Earth Defense Forces) with giant bugs, bigger robots and colossal sized mothership to take down at the end of each game. for a budget title, you'll get a few dozen hours if not a few months out of each game...
