I have the Ms 7194 (http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2006/01/05/msi_rd480_neo2/1) and accidentally won an auction on Ebay for a DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D Motherboard (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150370287344&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT)
I am going to get rid of one of them but was just wondering which one to get rid of. I have an Athlon 64 3500+ chip that I have overclocked from 200 (2200) to 247 (2718). I heard the DFI motherboards overclock better because the Msi can't overclock past 250.

Hey Esewhitie, I just want to let you know that there's a Donkey Kong kill screen coming up, if you want to see it.

This is all true, but when you look at the threads posted in modern gaming, you'll notice that this a very console-centric website.
Also instead of calling people out as "not helping," why don't you sit back and look at your post for a second. Not only is the subject very unlike most posted in the Modern gaming forum, but it also makes no mention of games anywhere in the post. You also have multiple punctuation mistakes, and post external links in your very first post on this website- all which smack of a spam post. In fact, I reported it this morning, thinking it was spam.
As it stands, this topic is most suited for our off-topic section, and not modern gaming anyway. Also, at 2 posts, I'm pretty sure you don't know as much as you think you know about how this place works.

LOL, Dude you only posted on here to get a answer for which motherboard you want to get rid of. I knew what you talking about it is not that hard to figure out, your post was to whack to respond to as you can see as nobody gave an answer to your question.
