What is your favorite game of all time?

Mine without question would have to be Asteroides for the great Atari

My wife's favorite game is Zelda's link to the past

what's yours??

That's impossible to answer..

I can list my favorite game for each genre but I can't pick ONE favorite game...

That's not really answerable for me either, but the one that springs to mind as being among those at the top of the list would have to be Defender or Stargate.

If you gave me my fiancee and three of my friends and a turbo-tap Bomberman '93 setup, I may just be content for the rest of my days.

You could. But then I'd have to call you a wussy! :D

I have no such problems selecting a favourite game of all time. Favourite genre + favourite game within genre = "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past."

Hehe that's why DP lists about top 50 of EACH system..

It's just too hard to pick ONE. :/

It's so hard to pick just one game, but I think I can live with Chrono Trigger as my favorite.

I've never gotten tired of Contra for the NES...It's one of the main reasons I bought a NES again and got into Retrogaming.

For me it is Robotron 2084 for the Atari 7800.......A fine conversion in which you can use two standard atari sticks(with joystick holder) to relive the arcade experience......and live alot longer!!!!
