Re-Sealed or Original? - Arc The Lad Collection - PSX

Found this at a resale store so I know have no idea where it's been. Does anyone think this is a resealed game? I really have no idea since this is the first time ive seen a Sealed PSx game out in the open. Tips on how to tell and what you guys think would be much appreciated.

It's legitimate. Just remember that this game came packaged in a collector's box with several bonus, much like LUNAR and LUNAR 2
