Spider-man to appear in Kingdom Hearts???

With the recent news of Disney's talks about purchasing Marvel Enterprises, would that allow a good chance of Marvel Characters appearing in new Kingdom Hearts games? I think so. Especially if Disney is trying to appeal to the younger male spectrum. What better way to introduce a wide range a characters with numerious abilities and talents to add to the rpg genre. I mean, I think it would be pretty cool to play just a Spider-man RPG game myself, but not anything like that has ever really been made. But I also would enjoy seeing Spider-Man to make his way into the Kingdom Hearts Realm. What's your thoughts?

You also have to look at licensing issues. Some other publisher has the rights to make Spider-Man games, the money's been paid and the contracts have been signed. Disney might have to wait until that contract expires before the character can go into one of their games. I keep thinking of LucasFilm, licensing out the Star Wars video game rights to Parker Brothers in the Atari 2600 era, then LucasFilm creates their own game studio, but they can't make any Star Wars games because they already licensed the rights away. They had to wait until Parker Brothers went belly-up or the contract expired, whichever came first, to make their own Star Wars titles.

According to Power Rangers canon though, once Zordon sacrified himself in the finale of Power Rangers in Space, it destroyed all of the evil, and either turned all villains into humans (Rita, Lord Zedd, some others possibly) or just turned them into sand (Goldar, Machine King, Putties, etc.) so what you are really referring to couldn't happen.

Back on Topic, yeah Disney owns a good amount of different series, and you don't really see a lot of crossovers. I wouldn't expect to see Disney put Spider-man in Kingdom Hearts.

Alongside the fact that Kingdom Hearts pretty much screwed up Disney characters and turned them into nonsensical-RPG characters.

In all seriousness, it won't happen but that's not the reason it won't happen. The reason it won't happen is because Disney is generally hands off and lets its properties keep some autonomy. Plus, Kingdom Hearts is really about Disney proper anyway.
