ISS Pro Soccer Evolution for Playstation

I picked up some PS1 and 2 games at the thrift store, Including a complete (and in great condition) ISS Pro Soccer Evolution for the Playstation. I noticed it was a 4 on the rarity guide so I checked out Ebay and saw one sold for almost $40 (Loose!). Are these prices accurate? Is the game that rare or something? Its a sports game after all, so I didn't think would have any value.

A fair portion of the Guide prices for the PS games are low. There are some that have also dropped down from guide levels recently. I'm slowly going through the guide and adjusting prices, for a bigger update in the not too far off future.

Its not a common game, a R4 sports game would be pretty rare if you think about it, and its Pro Evo Soccer, the better (according to many) soccer series out there.

I'd say 40 seems high, but i've not been paying attention to the games movement on ebay to give you a good value judgement.
