Colecovision system by CBS Electronics?

So I picked up a Colecovision system that was made by CBS Electronics. From what I read these were the systems made for the overseas market? Kinda weird it ended up in the US.

Anyone have any information on these things? Value, rarity, general information?

I know that in Britain the Colecovision was marketed as a CBS Electronics product, and I believe France too. I don't know if they sold the Colecovision in Canada. And finding a foreign console in the US isn't all that strange, since I've heard of people coming across Famicoms, PC Engine consoles, and even GP32 and GP2X handhelds. I've found a few UK and Japanese import games in thrift stores and flea markets. I have no idea how they end up here.
