WTB: Phantasy Star Online v.2 PAL Dreamcast

I'm looking for a copy of this game to use to play online. I would like it to be in very good/near mint condition and complete.

I am offering $25 + shipping costs (I live in the US. I'm not exactly sure on the value, input would be welcome.
