i am looking to buying a pc engine/cd rom system or a turbo duo or a turbo duo-r, i am looking for something that is in good conditon, with controllers, hook ups and some games

better off going for a duo, much more reliable and not as many problems as a pce/cdrom setup as i opted for. Ive already had to swap the laser right out of the mail box on my cdrom and it needs some readustments now. But hey if you like a challenge.

also the duo might be easier to find as i guess everyone dumped their cdrom2 system after it died.

Your best bet is to get a PCE Duo-R or RX and get a spare tg16 to play NA hucards.

I got a PCE Duo instead of a Duo-R and I've occasionally got audio issues. the -R/RX is supposed to be more reliable.
