Donkey Kong Country on GBA

Is it just me, or is anyone else annoyed at those Donkey Kong Country commercials? True, I loved the game when it came out on the SNES, but after so many ports already to the GBA, but for some reason, this one bugs me. Anyone else annoyed at it, or is it just me?

Maybe because it's been somewhat "ported" to the GBC a few years ago? This has really got to stop already though.

If they'd only made a new one, even in the same style, I wouldn't be annoyed. But yeah, they did rerelease it a few years ago, does this one make it a rererelease?

I am sooo ready for a Sony portable.. All these old ports are killing the GBA for anyone over 20.

Oh, blah. They're good games, and I'm glad they're finally portable. All the people who complain non-stop about remakes on the Game Boy Advance need a fresh hot cup of STFU.

Having said that, I didn't really need a remake of Donkey Kong Country, since I wasn't especially fond of the original. People are much better off with one of the Super Mario Advance games (particularly Super Mario World and its sequel).

Yeah DKC never really did it for me. It seemed like just a graphics showcase because when you got to playing it.. it realy wasn't much more than a real basic "get to the end" platformer w/ not much more to do. It's one+ of Rare's less than stellar games imho.
