Is there something I don't know here about NES stuff, or is this a totally fraudulent auction (he has 2 auctions that are the same) Your thoughts appreciated...............

I e-mailed this guy to see if he'd accept an escrow if I were to pay all fees and everything and this is what he responded:
"so sorry sir, I no use escrow. Thank you"
Take from that what you will, but I'm not going to be bidding on any of his auctions.

I think its a fraud, considering:
- his low feedback rating
- the pictures (no discs showing, just box art which he could have gotten anywhere)
- vague auction description
I would warn anyone you know who may be looking for these games, and make damn sure they investigate this fully before bidding!

Look through his past auctions, he sold replica Magic cards. He described them very well that they were replicas and they still went for a lot of money, very odd. Guess he ripped a couple of stupid people off and decided maybe to rip someone else off.

Two other suspicious things:
- no location given as to where he is (USA)
- accepts only money order or cashiers check.

hmm.. i emailed him asking if this was just a rom cd and he replied by saying something like "these is cartridges only. disc mean cartridge." :hmm:

Not to be rude. but I would message him to hear a broken english response. When I get broken english responses from people I just know they are trying so hard :D Like me in French class

Seller has now updated his auctions, stating they are cartridges. Bidding is at $510 and $610 respectively. I hope these bidders know what they are getting in to!

He has 2 sets of these up for auction.
Danny you remember about a year ago when a guy listed 3 sets of these and it was a scam. He had $1000 BIN and sold all 3. I emailed him and asked him if he had more and said sure, someone didn't pay him. I emailed that buyer and he said he overnighted him a money order the day before. I didn't buy them cause it was a scam.
What I'm getting at is this sounds like the same scam a year later.

It sure does. It is too bad the bidders don't realize what they are getting in to. I can't believe someone thinks this is legit.
