NEW PROBLEM, other problem solved
when I turn it on, picture is fine but there's no sound! This is definitely the system, because my other sms has sound just fine... Anyone know why it does that?

I think sharper picture might be needed to be able to see, but my first thought is... possibly RCA instead of RF?
Are there two other of those anywhere?

What's an RCA cable?
The both say RF.

On the first pic, It looks like part of the RF cable is broken and stuck inside. Try to pull it out with a pair of tweezers or needle nose pliers.

Do you have two rf cables (one for each unit)? If so I would try switching them, that will tell you if the problem is in cable.

I have tried the RF with both SMS, one works fine, one doesn't.
