Opening a Neo-Geo system

My friend recently got a neo geo cartridge system and the power button is jammed on the on position. There seems to be only one screw on the bottom. Is there just one other screw underneath the sticker on the bottom? Are there screws underneath the rubber feet?

I've never opened a Neo-Geo before, but it's always a good idea to check under the rubber feet if you don't see many screws.

Yes. Just peel up the feet and you'll find the screws.
