Couldn't find any on ebay, but I found a complete in box Action Replay. Has the cart, manual, and box. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like it should work, just needs a decent cleaning.

The regular Action Replay, or the Pro version? The standard AR can't use codes that start with FF (RAM cheats), making it basically the same as a Game Genie. The Pro can use the FF codes and has a trainer (cheat finder) and sells for more. About $10-$20 for AR, and $30-$50 for PAR. The much-upgraded PAR2 aka MK2 can go for $50+.
