Those turn wheel Disc Doctors don't really fix disc that well. Its a so so fix that actually drops the value of the item more if used. If the scratches are bad have the disc resurfaced by a quality machine. Maybe your local music or game shop has one on hand? Most places who do charge between 3-5 bucks to do it.
