Im a big time RR fan but that game doesn't look very good at all. Has too much of a wipeout/FZero vibe(the super speed). I dont like that your racer has super strength, enough to lift another man off his bike. Im not feeling it at all, but I bet its better than RR64.

I think it looks pretty great. However, I think I'd prefer it with textures. If this were released, I think it would be a definite purchase for me. Imagine it with wheel support...

My bad for posting this. A buddy of mine threw me a link to this video, and after seeing it I was pretty blown away by it. He didn't mention anything about it being canceled. I've been waiting for a new real deal Road Rash for a very long time. Basically since the 3DO version. I thought my prayers were finally being answered.

Why was it without textures? It looks like it's the middle of winter and covered in snow.
It was neat when he grabbed the street sign and used it as a weapon :D

Because it wasn't completed at the time.
One thing that always bothered me is the right hand of the drivers. How do they keep the speed up when they grab onto something? In that clip you even hear shifting from the bike.

I think that a new RR would be a great downloadable game. I don't think that it would sell enough to warrant a full price release but for $10 they would make their money back. Also expectations would be lower and if it did sell well then that would warrant a full price sequel.
