Sorry for the longest topic on earth. Basically I need help from a person who owns a Jap SCPH-90000 CW, or the equivalent version for NTSC, to find out if the Power Supply in this newest version in the Slimline series are universal, like it is in the earlier PS2 Slim versions which have external Power Supplies.
I'm aware that the SCPH-90000 have internal Power Supplies, and may therefore not be universal.
Thanks!

The SCPH-90000 series power supply aren't universal, but they work fine in the US.

Just like I suspected. Well, I'm in Norway. Would you know what kind of step down converter I would need? I have one which I used with Super Famicom, Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn, and Sega Dreamcast, but I'm not sure if it's powerful enough.
The specifications of it:
100 WATT
PRI: 220-240V - 50Hz 100W
SEC: 115V - 50Hz 870mA
Would that be enough?

The back of my SCOH-90000 says "~AC 100V 50/60Hz 35W".

I see. Reckon it will work then. Anyway, does the earlier Slim versions (pre-90000) have universal supplies?

Bumping this for good measures as I need to know the answer to the question above relatively fast.
