No picture. Though I'm guessing it may be those sit down types like they've had for Pacman and Dig Dug that could also be used for a table.

Going by the pictures, my guess is that they took apart an X-Arcade joystick and rebuilt in into a bigger box with a Mame PC inside. It's a bit hard to tell for sure but the number and color of buttons, as well as mounting holes for the trackball all look the same to me.

What he said. Cheap PC in a cheaply built box running MAME. Not worth it at all.

Well, on the bright side, at least they didn't desecrate a classic old arcade machine to make that thing. I hate to see old golden age games gutted and badly turned into a MAME cab, complete with faux marble contact paper plastered over the original side art.
