According to a fast food trade publication called QSR Magazine, McDonald's will include a free handheld game with every Happy Meal, based on popular Sega games like Super Monkey Ball and Sonic the Hedgehog. I'm not expecting these games to be fantastic, but nevertheless, it's a very cool offer. Best of all, it might start getting Sega noticed again, if only by younger video game players. I dunno. McD's is just above the local dumpster on my list of "places to buy Grade-F meat." You can keep the e.Bola burger :)

The toys sound great though.

Yeah, but if you read the description, this seems to be offered by Sega of America to benefit the Ronald McDonald house. Pretty cool, IMHO.

Sidenote, what the hell is Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut? Didn't they already port this to GC? I thought this was out already, but I don't remember a "director's cut" designation. Just what the world needs, a special edition of a game that was so-so when it came out years ago.

The auction ended at $ 560...this is a crazy world

Cap, the one released on the GC was Sonic Adventure 2 battle. This one is the first Sonic, although I don't know what the differences are between this and sonic 1 on the DC.

The differences are supposedly higher poly models for the characters and enhanced lighting effects for the environment, hence the plastic look of Sonic on the cover art.

They added the raising Chao stuff that they also had in the Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, and they also put 12 sonic game gear games into this one.

Screw them damn Beanie Babies, THAT is a HAPPY Meal! I used to love my LCD games, and there's finally some new good (hopefully) ones coming out for me to collect and cherish and get duplicates of to sell on eBay. Beautiful I say!

I am pretty sure I can get a few, first off though, I am getting myself a set or 2, then I will get as many as I can grab for some people on this board. Believe me, I go to all measures to get the toys I want, I jacked like 12 Master of the Universe toys, only because they left the box open, and no managers around though :)

Anyone got any thoughts which games would be good/bad?
