Just curious if I'm on the mark that this is from the Mashin Hero Wataru anime series and if there'd be any interest in value here. I mean, I know the game is pretty lackluster but TG-16 fans are well, TG-16 fans.

I don't know how much the value is... but I love Keith Courage/Mashin Hero Wataru and find that to be cool as hell.

That's a pretty cool shot, though I wonder how common Wataru cels are. The three series include about 150 episodes, so that's plenty of production material.
You know what would be really impressive for Turbografx-related cartoons? A cel from the Valis commercial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLnPV6cJa70) (supposedly directed by Hideaki Anno, who'd later do Evangelion and other major anime crap).
