Sweet. I'd probably still use real dice. D&D just isn't the same if you can't have lucky/unlucky dice.

At $12,500.00 I think I'll stick to pencils and paper.

Indeed. Some people are REALLY nostalgic for the 90s, comparing a $12K piece of hardware with a system whose sticker price was barely 1/10 that ($700 1989 = $1200 in 2k8 monies).
The whole idea of getting locked into a computer system for D&D when you're not playing a computer version is strange. It seems like it would hamstring the DM and players a good bit, depending on how it was pulled off anyway. It would help visualize maps - if you only had them all input ahead of time, I'd assume.
