Hello,
Does anyone have a link to how much downloadable PSP games go for? Also, if a store has a PSP game on sale, will the PlayStation store sell it for less or try to meet that price?

I wouldn't be expecting any firesales, as any of the games you'll find at bargain bin prices in physical form are up to 100% more on the digital PSN store in my experience.

No, PSN Store pricing has not traditionally had ANY discernible correlation to retail MSRP, sometimes they're higher, sometimes they're lower.
They do run sale prices on PSN software periodically, just pay attention to the official Playstation Blog or check the PSN Store weekly for info.
