Possible Xbox Rare: Outlaw Golf/Sea Blade?

While I was working today, we got a shipment in from another store and inside there was Outlaw Golf/Sea Blade. The difference is, it's all on one disc (sorta like the JSRF/Sega GT 2002 disc). I haven't seen anything on this, wether it was a new pack in or not. Nor is there anything on google. Gamestop is selling them for $29.99 USED, but this one didn't even appear to be open.

Anyone have any info on it?

EB's got them for $15.00 new, and has had them for quite a while now. Don't know how rare they are though: http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/232622.asp

Yeah it does seem to be an "EB deal", I picked this up myself since I didn't own either game and really enjoyed Outlaw Golf 9 Holes of Christmas. I don't know about the rarity of it either, the EB here had plenty of 'em in stock though.

There is a GameCube version as well with Outlaw Golf & Darkened Skye. I saw it on eBay a few months ago and got one sealed for about $20 + shipping.
