I know you could have like 1 PSN accounts on 5 PS3's

If I download Marvel vs Capcom 2 or any other game on PSN on my nephews PS3??

Will it show up on my PS3 when I get it in 2010

Yes, you can activate your game on up to 5 PS3's.

Just be sure to delete your account after purchasing it so he doesn't purchase more games on it, and be sure he doesn't know the password to the account so he doesn't make the mistake of thinking he can share the download with friends like you did with him and use up your other 4 activations in the process.

But like Frankie said, make sure your password is removed. I'm not sure if it's like that on MvC2 but I know that if you're online on Tekken Dark Resurrection then it won't allow you to open the game on another PS3. I'm assuming it's the same with MvC2 that if he's online and you're also online, it won't allow you to open the game if he's already on it.

Another method would be to simply change the password after doing this.

As for Tekken Dark Resurrection, I think only full blown retail titles do that. Not the XBLA like releases.
