It's justa PC Engine game. I own this myself. Good game, alot like the NES version.

I love how they list Super Grafx in the title and then make the pic so small you can't see what system it is for.

I think they were shooting possibly for more views by adding the Super Grafx name in the title, and that the game will play on a Super Grafx (obviously). Grab it if you can. If you liked the NES version, you'll definitely like this one as well.
