Licenced and Unlicenced Tengen Carts

During my travels collecting the unlicenced Tengen carts I've learned there were licenced versions of three the early titles: Pac-Man (got both versions), Gauntlet and RBI Baseball. Would their DP rarity be the same for both the licenced and unlicenced versions?
