Wowza McTrousers Dave, an average of 10.00 to ship some cardboard? A flat rate priority box would cost less than 9.00. How about an option to ship Media Mail for less? You can still make some cash on shipping at that rate.

Shipping is ridiculous...
$15.50 for 20 N64 boxes+manuals? $18.80 for 98 manuals?
All of those could be flat-rated in a $5 box. I was sincerely interested until I saw the shipping.

I heard if you ask nicely, he might lower the shipping.

I don't figure out shiping. all I do is put in the size of the box and the weight. I can't help it if 100 books weigh over 10 lbs.
I will gladly ship it in a flat rate box if it is cheaper. 100 books will fit into one of the $10.95 flat rate boxes, they won't fit into the smaller one though unless I don't use any packing material.
Priority mail prices are also different depending on how close you are to wisconsin. so flat rate may not be the cheapest depending on how far away you are.
Books and boxes do not count as media mail. It either has to be advertising material or textbooks. My local post office opens the packages and inspects them before shipping, so media mail is not an option.
