I've been noticing a lot of CL ads for XB360 Arcade systems usually listed as "Brand new sealed in box Xbox 360 Arcade Console". These are listed frequently, in various cities. Anyone know what the deal is? I'm thinking it's people trying to replace their banned systems and scam away their old ones, or spammers trolling for emails via response, or both.

Chances are since craigslist tends to bring out the scammers.

I would say its a little bit of both. There was a HUGE banning of modded 360s lately so buyer beware.
